William Doyle Named the new Executive Director of the Port of Baltimore and the Maryland Port Administration
EAGB congratulates William Doyle on becoming the new Executive Director of the Port of Baltimore and the Maryland Port Administration - effective July 22. Doyle has three decades of experience in the transportation and energy sectors, and has served on the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). He will take over the Port of Baltimore at a pivotal time, as the organization secured the necessary funding late last year for reconstruction of the Howard Street Tunnel – a $466 million project that will allow the double-stacking of containers on trains traveling to and from the Port, greatly expanding its capacity and efficiency.
