TU Partners with National Park Service to Map the Women’s Suffrage Movement
In honor of the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, Towson University and the National Park Service have partnered to create a new national resource, the “Suffragist Storymap.” On August 18, from 11am– noon, you will be able to join the live launch of the new GIS tool that “sheds light on the people and places at the heart of the U.S. suffrage movement,” according to TU.
