Baltimore County's Tradepoint Atlantic is at the forefront of supply chain reinventions taking place worldwide amidst the global pandemic. TPA leaders recently spoke with Technical.ly Baltimore on growth at the 3,300-acre logistics site, and the global dynamics that will shape it going forward. Among the big names at TPA: Amazon, Under Armour, FedEx, Home Depot, and Floor & Decor each have distribution centers. Volkswagen is importing cars to send to mid-Atlantic dealerships. Gotham Greens is growing hydroponic produce. Soon, power company Ørsted will stage components for offshore wind turbines and McCormick & Co. will open its own 1.8 million sf distribution center.
