M&T Bank Donates $50K to UMB Community Engagement Center
Investing in the Greater Baltimore community, M&T Bank has provided $50K in funding to the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Community Engagement Center to provide West Baltimore residents with career development and financial literacy programming through its partnership with Operation Hope. Bank employees will volunteer at the Center and through the bank’s Money Mentor financial education courses will provide information on topics including budgeting, managing credit, building wealth and preparing for retirement. M&T’s donation to UMB is an example of their ongoing efforts to offer financial education and other services throughout Greater Baltimore. Via The Daily Record.
