McCormick Acquires Cholula Hot Sauce for $800M
Adding to its flavorful product assortment, Baltimore County-based McCormick Spice & Company has acquired premium hot sauce brand Cholula Hot Sauce for $800M. The new agreement plans to increase breadth and market reach through complementary products and an expanded consumer base, drive growth through additional operational expertise and infrastructure, and expand branded foodservice distribution.
