Kennedy Krieger Institute Receives Grant from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to Expand
Kennedy Krieger Institute has received a $994,950 grant from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to expand and improve access to its telehealth services. The funding will allow Kennedy Krieger to address patient disparities in access to telehealth services, and expand & build on its prior telehealth delivery experience with military and other families. Between March 15 and May 19, Kennedy Krieger supported an average of more than 1,000 telehealth appointments per day, according to the The Daily Record.
