Howard County Approves $131M New Cultural Center for Columbia
Backed by $131M in funding, Howard County has approved development of a “New Cultural Center” (NCC) in downtown Columbia featuring arts and culture and affordable housing. The new center will serve as a hub for arts and culture, including a new home for Toby’s Dinner Theatre in a merger with the Columbia Center for the Theatrical Arts (CCTA).
