Fearless awards $10,000 to Minority Innovation Weekend Pitch Winner, MindStand Technologies
Fearless, a Baltimore-based software company awarded $10K to Minority Innovation Weekend (MIW) pitch winner, MindStand Technologies, which serves to improve online communities with its artificial intelligence-driven software for employee engagement, burnout and positive employee interaction. Every year, the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) – Baltimore Metropolitan Area Chapter holds MIW to provide opportunities for founders and cofounders of technology startup companies to take their ideas to the next level. “I believe it is our responsibility to lift up a new generation of entrepreneurs, and advocate for system changes to provide black businesses with equitable access to capital and investment opportunities,” said Fearless CEO Delali Dzirasa.
