Attention Cecil County small businesses and restaurants! Application deadline is Dec. 11! Cecil County Office of Economic Development - OED is accepting applications for two new COVID-19 small business grants – one for businesses and one specifically targeted to restaurants. The funding will be provided to small businesses and restaurants facing financial hardships as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. “I encourage all eligible establishments to apply for these funding opportunities, and I commend our Office of Economic Development and Finance Department staff for continuing to provide services and support to our small businesses and their employees,” said former Cecil County Executive Alan McCarthy.
