Cecil County has finalized U.S. Department of Agriculture loan documents, coming in under budget for the two-phased installation of public sewer pipelines serving the Route 40 corridor. “It has certainly been a long time coming and will positively impact the County’s economic expansion along the Route 40 corridor now and in the future.
