Q3 Investment Report Investment in Greater Baltimore leveled off during Q3, a period in which $77M was raised across 14 deals in five of the Region’s seven jurisdictions. Despite the moderate activity during the summer months, 2021 is on track to become another blockbuster year for investment with nearly $800M raised in the first nine months.
