Arnold Packaging Announces Major Expansion, Lease Of Nearly 100,000 SF Trade Point Atlantic Location
Greater Baltimore manufacturer Arnold Packaging is expanding at Baltimore County’s Tradepoint Atlantic. Signing a 15-year deal for 91,200 sf in a portion of a 400,000 sf spec warehouse being developed by Tradepoint, the new space on the 3300-acre global logistics campus will expand Arnold Packaging’s services and functionality and increase capacity. “Tradepoint Atlantic offers precisely what we need to compete in today’s global marketplace. In a single day’s drive, we can reach 33% of the U.S. population, which is just one reason TPA has emerged as the premier industrial park in the country,” said President Mick Arnold. Arnold Packaging started in 1933 in downtown Baltimore’s iconic Bromo Seltzer tower.
