Army Futures Command Supports Medical Units in COVID-19 Response

From Aberdeen Proving Ground in Harford County comes news that Army Futures Command is developing software to support field hospital medical units during the COVID-19 crisis. The Auto Distribution Illumination System Electrical (AutoDISE) software will assist units supporting of a variety of tactical facilities and missions. “AutoDISE will help Soldiers who are charged with setting up and maintaining the field hospitals with improving power reliability and ultimately ensuring critical equipment has the power it needs to treat patients and save lives,” said Noel Pleta of Army’s C5ISR Center. The C5ISR Center is the Army’s applied research and advanced technology development center.
