Amazon Opens Second Fulfillment Center at Tradepoint Atlantic
Amazon.com has opened its second fulfillment center at Tradepoint Atlantic (TPA), adding 500 additional jobs to the 2k already at work in their first TPA facility. "In these challenging times, we are especially excited to see Amazon doubling-down on Baltimore County — bringing even more employment opportunities for working families across our region," said Baltimore County Executive and EAGB Board Member Johnny Olszewski. The second Amazon facility at TPA joins other corporate warehouses operated by Under Armour, FedEx Ground, Floor and Décor, and Home Depot, according to Baltimore Business Journal.
