Aidar Health Received FDA clearance for its MouthLab device and Plans to grow in Baltimore
Aidar Health, a healthcare technology company, has received approval in the U.S. and Europe for its handheld device called “MouthLab” and is looking to grow in Baltimore. The device was designed by CEO Sathya Elumalai and Johns Hopkins biological engineering professor Dr. Gene Fridman, partnering with clinicians at Johns Hopkins Medicine. MouthLab was developed to be used at home and has the capability to sense and measure 10 different parameters including temperature, blood pressure, key metrics for heart and lung activity and more. Aidar has also developed a corresponding mobile app and analytics platform for physicians to monitor and analyze the data.
